Received December 28, 8.50 a.m. SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 27. • A telegram _ from Vera Cruz states that the Mexican revolution has not been quelled. With tho . Obregon troops falling hack on portion of the Vera Cruz front, with- little actual fighting, hostilities may he desultory and long drawn out—A. and N.Z. cable.
