THE HEALING MISSION.
MEETING OF CLERGY. At the special meeting of clergy.which was held this morning in connection with the spiritual healing mission which lias just concluded in Palmerston North, Mr Hickson, in his address, dealt with the various aspects of spiritual healing and advanced many valuable suggestions for furthering the work among the clergy and laity of the various denominations in the town. The plan of campaign was discussed and there was a unanimous expression of opinion that the work must go on. The suggestions made by Mr Hickson will be further discussed at a later meeting. Asked whether he had any statement to make on the proceedings of the meeting the Rev. H. G. Blackburno informed a “Standard” reporter that he had nothing to say except that the missioner’s address had been most helpful and that the suggestions made would be fully considered later. MANY PATIENTS AT NAPIER. (Per Press Association.) NAPIER, 0ct..25. It is expected that at least 1100 will attend the Hickson mission next week.
