SYDNEY MAN CHARGED.
(Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Sept.'.6. At the Police Court to-day Louis Morris, of Sydney, was charged that, being a bankrupt, he did defraud his creditors within four months before sequestration and did depart from New youth Wales with certain of his''property, amounting to £6O. It is stated that Morris was in a clothing partnership business and failed. He' was remanded to September 14.
