WILL CRINOLINE RETURN?
FORECAST OF FASHIONS. LONDON, Feb. 7. According to the' London Daily Mail’s forecast of Paris fashions, the crinoline will vie in popularity with swathed and draped evening dresses. The hair will be done in Victorian style. An Eastern type of head-dress will accompany gowns in the Egyptian style, which will be made of one piece of gorgeously coloured brocade or taffeta, hanging from the shoulders to the ’feet, and gathered up at the hip with a large brooch of Eastern design. Skirts will be long and full, with vivid greens and pinks as the most popular colours. Hats will be either of turban design or large with flowered trimmings.
