Citizens aro requested to attend a public meeting at the Municipal Hall on Wednesday evening at 8 o’clock, when Dr. Morgan will deliver an address on Red Cross and peace time activities. Already a very large number of people in New Zealand have taken up llio movement with a feeling that much can bo done to help people in distress and suffering humanity. The headquarters are situated in Wellington where advice can bo had for any part of the country districts. The executive hope to enrol 100,00(r members in Now Zealand at a nominal charge of 3s 6d. Dr. Morgan is visiting all parts of the Dominion, and it is hoped that as a result of his visit that a committee wilt be set up in Palmerston North.
