MONEY WITHOUT INTEREST. QUESTION BY MR NASH. Mr J, A. Nash, M.P., asked the Prime Minister in the House of Representatives yesterday whether he laid read the cable in tlio newspapers to the effect that the British Government would be renewing the offer made some time ago to guarantee loans and pay Hie interest up to #25,000,000 to organisations, companies and the Dominions provided that an undertaking was given that as far as possible British materials wore used in the countries to which the money was granted so as to stimulate British industries. Ho. said he understood that the Prime Minister would have to negotiate a further loan at an early date and this was an opportunity to got the money tree of interest, and it would help the country with its unemployment, which was very pronounced at the present time, , Mr Massev said he had read the cable, and no doubt the offer was a good one, and that he would get into communication with the Home authorities as soon as possible.
