Fir Tex Rickard has announced that after discussion with Mr Kearns he will promote the Dempscy-Wills. bout, Mr Kearns asked for an assurance that when the site is chosen Mr Rickard will obtain a guarantee that tho authorities will not interfere with tho fight.
