NEW GUINEA COMPANY.
NEW ARRANGEMENTS MADE. Received June 24, 10.1,5 a.m. LONDON, June 23. Mootings of the ordinary and preference .shareholders of the British New Guinea Development Company approved of the proposals to wind up voluntarily and form a new company with a capital of £'875,000. The directors pointed out that unless this scheme or some reasonable alteration was adopted the debenture, holders would appoint a receiver, in which event it was to be feared tho shareholders’ interests would be entirely extinguished.—A. and N.Z, cable.
