There is an increasing demand for used furniture. We received three big consignments from llio suburbs last week, and sold the lot at almost new prices. Poultry dropped since previous Saturday’s sale. Although wo penned 610 head, fat liens made up lo 3s 5d each, turkey hens 5s to 5s Id each, but good W.L pullets made to 6s 9d each.
