LASCARS WITH REVOLVERS. DELHI, June 19. An Australian officer of high standing, who was on the steamer Egypt at the time of the disaster, states that it was generally known that the smuggling of revolvers by Lascars was taking place. A large'nmnber of Lascar; had one a-piece, not for protection, bit because they brought high prices u India.—A. and N.Z. cable.
