DORDINGIIOUSE-KEEPERS DISPUTE. Mrs R. Kelly, boardinghouse-keeper, ot Wellington, proceeded against Mrs A. L. Russell, boardinghouse-keeper, of Palmerston North, for the sum of ±152 2s 6d, allegedly due as the balance owing on I'urin-uu-e. £4O and £lO allegedly owing on groceries, together with the sum of £2 2s t)d being interest on same. Defendant entered °u counter-claim for £135 i3s in respect of alleged misrepresentation, loss and damages.
