EMPLOYMENT IRREGULAR, LONDON, June 9. The executive of the Miners’ Federation has issued a statement that wages are so low on many of the coalfields, and employment so irregular, that workers and their families are undergoing appalling haulships.—A. and N.Z. cable. families almost STARVNG, LONDON, Juno 8.
