TRAINING CAMP CASE.
REMUNERATION SLIGHTLY INCREASED. (Per Proas Association.) WELLINGTON, Juno 10. Alter hearing counsel, Sir John Salmoud this morning gave judgment in the training cam)) ease, Agatha Downes, proprietress of the hoardinghouse where the All Blacks were accommodated for training before tho third test match, against the New Zealand Rugby Union, The plaintiff claimed damages and also remuneration at tho rate* of 7s Gd per man per day. His Honour held that damages were not recoverable and that the Union's offer of 11s per day was inadequate. He increased the rate to 13s per day.
