On the motion of I'.C. Bro. Bmillie. seconded liy H.G. Bro. Hell, the members endorsed tho action of the delegates to tho recent: fit. Helen s Home meeting. Three were proposed and one initiated. It was decided to send a letter to (’rand Secretary Bro. W. Held, expressing regret at his proposed reliremenl. after 45 years of service. Die first nominal inn of ollieers was taken, and it was decided to hold the installation social on July 7th.
