WIRELESS COMPANY.
MELBOURNE, May 19.
Directors have been appointed by the Commonwealth and by the Amalgamated Wireless Limited to a company which has been formed under an agreement providing for the establishment of direct wireless communication between the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth. The Government has been allotted 500,001 shares, giving it a majority thereof.—Press Association.
