SUPREME COURT.
In the Supreme Court yesterday before His Honour the Chief Justice, Sir Robert, Stout, Mr Smith appeared on behalf of the executors of the estate of Thomas W illiam Cox (the widow and son) and made application for the granting of commission. Mr limes represented other beneficiaries under the will, and lodged an objection. His Honour referred the matter to the registrar, who would submit a report by June 8. Under the Mortgages Extension Act, 1919, notice to exercise powers under mortgage was granted in respect of the cases Graham v. McLean, and Short v. Twiggs, the order to recite the notice and objection.
