HOTEL SENSATION.
WOMAN FALLS 80 FEET
LONDON, May 7.
A woman’s fall of 80 feet from a window of the Hotel Cecil caused a sensation on Saturday night. At the time the Strand was crowded. When the body was picked up the features f.ere unrecognisable, and ibis rendered a roll-call of the” employees necessary. It was then discovered that the unfortunate victim was Miss Prentice, an under-house-keeper.
