Jo-day ( liarles ( ampliell Dawkins, who was arrested on Tuesday on several charges in connection with a series ol burglaries in the suburbs, was identified by Dr. Mcf'.vedy as tin* man who assaulted him. Dawkins admitted that he was tlie assailant.
