NEW OIL COMBINE.
LOWER PRICES PROMISED. LONDON, Dec. 4. The Illustrated Sunday Herald states thai a huge British oil combine is being formed with the nbjeel of (editing the Standard, Shell, and Anglo Persian oil companies. The combine anticipates that it will bo able to sell at 50 per cent, cheaper than lie; present rates.
