FIRE OH THE TAHITI.

(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, April 4. The Tahiti’s hold this evening was almost empty. Thirty dumps of flax have been destroyed out of a total of 60 in the, hold, and 20 bales of wool were destroyed by Tiro and half of the 500 bales in the hold damaged by water. A hundred bags of grass seed were also damaged by water. All the dry bales will be reshipped. There was no structural damage to the vessel, arid th 0 Tahiti will sail at, 3 o’clock tomorrow afternoon.
