NO FURTHER PAYMENTS'. WASHINGTON. Feb. 15. The Senate Judiciary Committee voted opposing the payment of any further money to foreign countries, even on the commitments already made, until Congress knows all tho facts'concerning the loans.—A. and N.Z. cable. ALLIED DEBTS. WASHINGTON, Feb. 15. A message from. St. Augustine, Florida, states that Mr T. W. Lamont, United States' financial adviser at the Peace Conference, has informed Mr Harding that .Mr Wilson made no commitments during the conference either direct or remote regarding cancellation of the Allied debts.—A. and N.Z. cable.
