MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

Augustus Sullivan appeared in the Magistrate's Cour! yesterday before Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., in answer lo charge* preferred aguinst him of having, on August 4, occasioned a breach of the peace by lining insulting language in Scandia street, and ol having wilfully trespassed on Ihe premises of DetectiVe-Sergeant Quirlco and refusing to leave such premises when warned. Detective-Sergeant Quirke stated that licensed had come to his home in Scandia street in the evening. Witness went (o the door and accused asked some questions relative to a private information thai was being laid against him by a man named Olson.
