WEDDING.
A very pretty .wed.ling was solemnised at St. Patrick's Church. Palnier.'-lou North, on Wednesday, June 30th. the contracting particea being Miss Olive Jane Ross, second daughter of Mrs Sexton, of Taikorcu, and Mr Roland' David O'Connor Judd, sixth son of Mr and Mis A. Judd, ot Tokomaru. The bride, who was given away by Mr 11. Sexton, of Taikorca, was attired ie ;i brown vclour cloth costume, with hat to match. She. was attended by the sistc-r of the bridegroom, Miss ]']. Judd, as brides maid, the latter wearing a grey costume with hat to match, Tllo bridegroom had Mr T. Dohorty, of Levin, a.-his best man. and Mr Leslie lioss, iho biidc's brother, as groomsman. Tho Rev. Father McManus officiated. After the ceremony, upwards of fifty guests sat down to a sumptuous wedding breakfast at the "White House'' i.a rooms, where- the usual toasts were honoured. The ■ happy (couple received a largo number of presents, .testifying lo their popularity. Subsequently thev left for the South by car, where the honeymoon is being spent. Mr iUidfMrs P. D. Judd's future home will be at Matatera, Danncvirko.
