DOWN THE LINE.
(From- Odb Own Correspondent.) OTAKI, Jan. 9. In connection with search parties organised to search the Tararuaa for Miss Louise Muck, Mr and Miss' Knox, who were rescued on Thursday at Mfc Alpha hut. a party—which left Otaki on Thursday has not ‘returned, and has probably gone on to Grcytbwn. Up to noon to-day its members had not arrived there. Dr Stanley Sharp, of tho Wellington Hospital staff, takes over the practice of the late Dr Huth waite at Otaki at the end of this month/ \ Dr and Mrs Guy H. -Sohdjefield, the latter a daughter of Mrs Bree. of Otaki, are returning from London, and will shortly spend a holiday at Otaki.
