GOLF.
At the Otago golf championship Dr Kenneth Ross (Duhedin) defeated Rutherford (Canterbury) in the final by 2 up and 1, thus retaining the championship. Dr Ross was a member of the medical stall ot the Hospital ship Maheno on her last commission.
