Per Press Association. CHMSTCHUROH, Jan. 8. Sir James Allen passed through Christchui'ch .to-iiighfc on his way to Wellington. "H .is lor Mr Massey to say wlien 'Parliament Will meet, but I do not think there i.s any necessity, for it meeting before .J.uno," said Sir James Allen, in reply to a. question. "The Government will be given time to prepare its policy."
