POHANGINA COUNTY COUNCIL. JIH Special Meeting of tho Pohangina County Council, held on Saturday, the 13th day of December, 1919, it was resolved by way of Special Order as follows : FIRST:—In pursuance and exercise ol the powers vested ill it by "The Local Bodies Loans Act, IQJ3," and amendments thereto,'the Pohangina County Council hereby authorises, by way of Special .Order, the raising o fa loan of £7OO at 4| per cent, per annum, plus 1 per cent.' sinking fund, for a period of 'M>\ years, for the purpose of erecting a Cottage in the Pohangina Riding of the County of 'Pohangina.

Block XIII., 61, 62, 65, 66, 68, 73, Block IX., 18, 14, 15, 16, 17. 18, 19, 21, 25, 26, 27, 28, 2!), 30, 31, 32. 34, Block VI., 1 to 20 Block X., 5 Block VII., and the whole of the rateable property in the Suburbs and Township of Pohangina, all being in the Pohangina Survey District; and that such Special Bate shall be an annually recurring rate, and to be payable in on/; sum on the first day of April in'each year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 36£ years, or until the loan is fully paid off. and that a meeting of the Council will bo held on SATURDAY, the 14th day ol February, 1920, to confirm such resolution.
