CHARGE OF MURDER.
AN INFANT'S DEATH. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Jan. 8. At the Mercer Court, Constance Elizabeth Personage, previously described as Holts, was committed for trial at the Supreme Court on a charge of the murder of her infant daughter by immersing it in a creek at Pokcno. Doctor Murray, who visited accused in Mt. Eden gaol, expressed the opinion she was insane when she committed the act.
