The loaders of the Czech forces in Siberia have presented to the Allied Missions attached to Admiral Koltchak's forces a protest against the barbarities of Admiral Koltchak's army. The note says that under the protection of the Czecho-Slovak htayonets, Russian troops commit crimes v hicii "would horrify the world if known. The crimes include the burning of villages, murdering of peaceful Russian inhabitants, and the execution of hundreds of people of democratic convictions daily, including revolting executions at Vladivostok. These horrors largely account for the hatred against Admiral Koltchak.
