BURGLARS AT OTAHUHU.
A safe robbery occurred at Otahuhu a few nights ago. The promises of Messrs Gavin, Wallace and Co., grocers, wero broken into and the safe on the premises was wrecked by means of an explosive charge. A sum of about £3O in cash was taken from the safe, and the safe itsolf, which was quite new and worth about £2O, was rendered useless. A partition in the build i,ng also was wrecked. The store was ransacked, but the principal loss is represented by tlio cash stolen and the loss of the safe. .
