1 MANAWATU v. NOMADS. The cricket match between Manawatu and Nomads was concluded yesterday afternoon, the latter winning by nine wickets. Manawatu’s second innings opened badly, four wickets being down for 20 runs,'but McVicar made, a serI vicoable 56, bringing Manawatu’s total -to 121, and thus saving an innings de-' feat. ■ Nomads knocked up sufficient to win the match with the loss of one wicket.
