RADICALS ROUNDED UP.

Tho Department of Justice has announced that 4000 warrants for tho arrest of alien radicals have been issued, and more than 2720 arrests have been made. The Department will continue its raids until every foreign fiend has been seized. It is reported that the Communist party has issu. d bonds in order to raise large funds., with which to overthrow the Government.

M. Gregory Weinstein, an associate of M. Maartens, the Soviet Ambassador to the United States, was arrested on a deportation warrant. Weinstein is the lender of the Russian Communists in tho United States.
