Tho present state of the poll is: Continuance 239,816 State Control 31,921 Prohibition 269,048 Prohibition minority 2,689 Practically all the official counts have been completed and the returns ought to reach the chief electoral officer within tho next few days. Two transports on which soldiers have voted have yet to roach New Zealand.
