RAILWAY ACCIDENT.

TWO CARRIAGES DERAILED,

INCIDENT AT GREYMOUTH. - " IPeb Phess Association.) GREYMOUTH, Jan. 5. Owing .to'the derailment at the points of two carriage s of the RewanuL tram whilst shunting operations were proceeding at the Groymouth station at 6.44 a.m. to-day, the Qtira express, was considerably delayed. A breakdown gang,is clearing the rails. The brake-van narrowly missed the signal station and crashed over on its side after striking the signal post heavily, A carriage following was thrown over on to a parallel set of rails. . , . : ' - No one was injured.
