In Lloyd George's New Year njessage to the nation, ho says: "It depends upon yourselves whether the now year is rich with promise or laden with despair. As* concentrated effort is essential to rebuilding the world by united effort inspires a spirit of general'goodwill, so will the nation add to the glory achieved by hor sons in-battle."
