GUARDING THE TRANS-SIBERIAN RAILWAY.

Reports from 'lrkutsk state that the Allied Commissioners and Admiral Koltchak's Government have agreed to entrust the guarding of the trans-Siberian railway to the Czecno-Slovaks. VLADIVOSTOK. Dec. 31. Admiral Koltchak has appealed to the Allies against the Czecho-Slovaks, who a,re stopping trains, seizing supplies and defying ;the authorities.
