DEATH BY DROWNING.
Per Pi'ess Association. DtNKDIN, J)cc. ill. The body of ;t man wtts lonnd yesterday afternoon on the beach near ilighcliile. At the imfbost it was shown to lie that of William Scarlet, who escaped from the Ashburn .Mental Hospital on November 17. A hotly, supposed to he liis, was seen in the sea on November ill, ami a message was found indicating; that lie contemplated suicide 1 . A verdict was returned that deceased committed suicide by drowning on the date mentioned, while ot unsound mind.
