RISE IN FREIGHTS. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Australian-New Zealand Cable Association LONDON, Dec. 29. In order to meet increased working charges, railway freights have been increased in varying amounts up to 100 per cent. Tie bulk have been increased about .90 to 60 per cent.
