It is reported that the Kaiser has agreed to accept trial by the Allies subject to reservations regarding tho place, time, and defence by German experts and lawyers. If the Allies accept the terms the Kaiser will not bo tried for at least six months. Meanwhile, the Crown Prince treats the matter os a joke, declaring that if he is called before a court of justice he will never appear. '
