LADIES LOSE PUR COATS. NOVEL LONDON THEFTS. LONDON, Dec. 10. Fashionable ladies are being terrorsed by a novel form of theft, valuable hr cents being cut off their while hey are gazing in West End shop winlows. Several cases have occurred in Regent treet, where, ladies have been robbed vbile standing at crowded show wintows, looking at the fashions, the deed eing so ccleverly done that the victims r-cre not aware of their loss. One lady reached home, and feeling old, only then discovered that £4OO rgrth of furs had been cut out <?f the ack of her coat.
