Tho Cabinet has protested to the Chinese Government against the anti-Japanese activities of certain Chinese elements, stating that they endanger tho Chino-Japanese friendly relations. JAPANESE CABINET'S PROTEST. Amtr«lian-N*w Zealand Cable Association Received December 22, 9.30 a.m. TOKIO. Dec. 19. It is intimated that Cabinet has decided to send a .strong protest' requesting China to control the anti-Japanese < movements which have assumed large proportions in Shanghai, Nanking, Woochangr Hankow, and other cities in the Yang'tee region.
