By Electric Telegraph.— Copyright. Australian-New Zealand Cable Association. Revived DocemM 9.6^.^ Viscount Ivato, writing in the Jijishunpo states that the form and substance of tho existing Anglo-Japaneso alliance are incom natible with the League ot Nations, but it is Inadvisable that an alliance. _ which had a "■reat inlluenco in both countries for twenty vears should be abolished as a more mio of the past.
