N.S. WALES WHEAT SHORTAGE.

The Minister of Lands states that, in view of the New South Wales wheat crop providing hardly enough for seed purposes, grain will have to be brought from other States. Ho has foreshadowed an early increase in the price of wheat. The Board in Melbourne has decided > that prices throughout Australia should be brought up to approximate parity with those ruling outside the Commonwealth. This will mean that millers and others will bo required to pay about 6s 6d and 7s a bushel.
