It is reported that Viscount Curzort bias sent a Note to Ambassador Davis pointing out that the Anglo-Persian Treaty _ was necessitated by the contiguity of Persia to India and indicating that it was considered the United States had given her tacit consent to the Treaty. The Note calls attention to the special relations between the United States and Liberia.
