Messrs; Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report: On Monday, 15th inst., wo held a clearing sale at To Matai on account of Mr W. Kemnant, whose property wo have just sold._ There was a large attendance of the public. Sheep and Cattle met with a poor demand, but draught horses and sundries wild well. We quote: Fat and forward ewes 345, fat ewes 31s lOd. 2, 4 6-th ewes 23s fid, shorn owes 21s, hoggets 15s lOd, 23s 4d, 24s lOd, ewes and lambs 25s 3d, ?mpty cows £6 10s. heifers £ls 15s, yearling heifers £2 2s fid, 2-yr bull £6 6s, 18mos. grade bull £4 2s fid, 3-yr Holstein steer £8 13s, 2-vr steers £4 2s, yearling steers £2 Bs. horses £57, £4O 10s, £33, £2l 10s, £2O, Lister shearing plant £l2O, brake £35, binder £23 10s, mower £l7 10a. Sundries sold at present market rates.
