THE RUTHERFORD TRIAL.
Australian-New Zealand Cable Association Received April 10, 12.35 p.m. LONDON, April 7. The Rutherford trial is proceeding. Rutherford pleaded not guilty. The Attorney-General, who is prosecuting, advanced the theory that Rutherford know Soton was staying at Holland Park by intercepting a letter to his wife from deceased. This letter was burned after the tragedy.
