Received April 10, 8.45 a.m. COPENHAGEN, April 8; A Vienna message states that the Ger-man-Austrian National _ Assembly passed unanimously a Bill relating to the banishment of the Royal Family. A Bill was passed abolishing capital punishment except for martial law sentences.
