The Wanganui Chronicle states that efforts arc being made to induce Mr 11. P. Lethbridge, chairman of the Rangitikei County Council, to contest the Rangitikei seat at next election. Mr Lethbridge, in addition to being chairman of the Rangitikei County Council, is also chairman of the Wanganui Hospital Hoard, and chairman of the Rangitikei Patriotic Society.
