PROPOSED FUSION OF PARTIES. (Renter's Telegram.) WASHINGTON, Feb. 12. To-morrow will commence a. wsrieo of conference with party leaders in an endeavour to arrange a fusion of parties in the United States. Parliamentary representatives of both parties will attend at tho White House for the first time in the history of tin: United States.
