NAILED DOWN IN PARIS. Received November 12, 9.30 a.m. AMSTERDAM, Nov. 11. The Telegraaf's Paris correspondent is authorised to contradict a rumour inspired by Germany, and l quoted by certain Dutch papers, alleging that Holland will be forced to cede to Belgium the territory on the left bank of the Rhine.
